Scott McKinney, Managing Partner

Scott is a founding partner of Twin Lights Group and brings significant technology and business experience to the firm. He started his career with Bell Laboratories where he developed high-speed switching technologies and services. As part of AT&T’s Leadership Continuity Program, he held engineering, operational, and management responsibilities for their Global Telecom Services, including Internet & Data Services. Notable accomplishments included the deployment of AT&T’s global data network, the largest of its kind in the world at the time with over 1200 carrier switches, and Product Management and Marketing responsibilities for the launch of AT&T’s Internet Services.

Scott moved and became a founder and senior executive of a successful Northeast Network Integration firm. As VP of Sales and Marketing he led the firm to grow throughout the northeast and receive national recognition for top partner sales for both AT&T and Cisco.

Scott is a graduate of University of Florida with both BSEE and MSEE degrees, as well as Rutgers’ Graduate School of Management with an MBA in Marketing and Information Systems.

 

David Scott, Managing Partner

Dave joined Twin Lights Group in 2008 and brings a wealth of Data Center Outsourcing and Cloud Infrastructure experience to the firm. He was a Co-founder of a successful Northeast Network Integration firm where he led the sales organization in sales and helped grow the company to expand throughout the northeast. As both a business analysts and sales executive, Dave was successful in positioning new company solutions and was instrumental in helping the company achieve leadership status within each of its partner programs.

Dave is a graduate of University of Western Ontario with a BA in Administrative & Information Systems and received an MBA in Information Systems from Clarkson University.

 

Rita Das, Managing Partner

Rita has over 20 years of business development experience in the telecom/technology market having started her career with AT&T Bell Labs. She has managed businesses with $1 billion plus revenue streams. She has a proven record for launching and managing profitable businesses both domestically and overseas. Rita is passionate about working with non-profits to help them improve their operations through the use of web-based solutions.

Rita received her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of Pennsylvania. She also has a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from New York University.
